Administration after temperature excursion.; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a female patient who received MMR (Priorix) (batch number GZ9FE, expiry date 01-MAR-2027) for prophylaxis. On 06-APR-2026, the patient received Priorix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Priorix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Administration after temperature excursion.). The outcome of the incorrect storage of drug was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 28-APR-2026 The reporter stated that a vaccine representative had completed the yearly vaccine check and informed her that the MMR Priorix had been stored in the freezer since it was delivered, even though it was not supposed to be frozen. The reporter said she had called to ask about the next steps and to confirm whether the vaccines were still suitable for administration or if the patients needed to be contacted to return for a correct MMR dose. According to the reporter, nine patients had received a dose of this Priorix between 04-FEB-2026 and 28-APR-2026, including one set of twins. No additional information was provided.
