Symptom narrative

Received Shingrix and PCV 21 on 4/29/2026. The next day arm was warm to touch, hives-like rash, and felt tight. By 5/3 started to feel swollen. 5/4 visibly swollen, very red, and painful. Diagnosed with cellulitis by urgent care.
