Storage error/ Administration after a temperature excursion; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a male patient who received MMR (Priorix) (batch number GZ9FE, expiry date 01-MAR-2027) for prophylaxis. On 16-MAR-2026, the patient received Priorix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Priorix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Storage error/ Administration after a temperature excursion). The outcome of the incorrect storage of drug was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 28-APR-2026 An office manager called to inform that one of their vaccine representatives did the yearly check up on their vaccines. The representative said that she had placed MMR Priorix in the freezer since it was ordered and told that it was not supposed to be placed in the freezer. The reporter called to see what the next steps were and to confirm if the vaccines were suitable to give to patients or if it was one of those cases where patients had to be called and told to come back and receive another correct MMR vaccine. According to the reporter, 9 patients received a dose of this Priorix on dates ranging from 04-FEB-2026 to 28-APR-2026. Two of these patients were twins.
