A male patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) and as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: POST-ACUTE COVID-19 SYNDROME (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "He has long term COVID"; HYPERSENSITIVITY (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "he had the vaccine 1 and 2 and had a allergic reaction to it and stated that he is still having a reaction to it.". Additional information: When asked if he got the Comirnaty vaccine, caller stated that he can prove that he got the Pfizer vaccine. Caller stated he had number 1 and 2 pfizer shots and he got reactions after the second shot. He had long term COVID. Question: Caller had a question on long term COVID. He asked if there was someone that he can speak with based in specific state that had experienced reactions in long term COVID. Caller declined to complete the report. Upon clarification, caller stated that he was looking for a doctor that deals with long term COVID and he wanted to discuss that. He also asked for a support group. When referred to HCP, caller stated that when you go to a doctor, you only get 30 minutes and a lot of doctors are not educated on COVID. Response: Referred caller to his HCP and explained that PMI has no information on support programs available for long term COVID. The caller clarified the information provided by the transferring agent and reported that he had long term covid and he had the vaccine 1 and 2 and had a allergic reaction to it and stated that he was still having a reaction to it. He wants to know if there was someone he can speak to in specific states about the long term covid or the side effects from the vaccine.
