Itchy and purplish in color - but not like a bruise. Warm to touch. Grew in size from yesterday - 29th. Bigger than a quarter; Itchy and purplish in color - but not like a bruise. Warm to touch. Bigger than a quarter; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP from a sales representative. A 17-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received meningococcal group b Rlp2086 (TRUMENBA), on 27Apr2026 as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 17 years, in right arm for immunisation. The patient had no relevant medical history. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Meningococcal vaccine (DOSE 1; MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), for Immunization. The following information was reported: SKIN DISCOLOURATION (non-serious), PRURITUS (non-serious), FEELING HOT (non-serious) all with onset 28Apr2026, outcome "not recovered" and all described as "Itchy and purplish in color - but not like a bruise. Warm to touch. Grew in size from yesterday - 29th. Bigger than a quarter". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of skin discolouration, pruritus, feeling hot. Additional information: It was reported that patient had Itchy and purplish in color - but not like a bruise. Warm to touch. Grew in size from yesterday - 29th. Bigger than a quarter. Vaccine Trumenba facility where vaccine was administered: Doctor's office/urgent care, the patient did not receive any other vaccines on the same date as the vaccine(s) for which you are reporting, the patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks PRIOR to the vaccine(s) for which you are reporting, the patient was not taking any other medications within 2 weeks of the event starting. Patient had no known allergies. No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
