A 17-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received meningococcal group b Rlp2086 (TRUMENBA), on 27Apr2026 as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 17 years, in right arm for immunisation. The patient had no relevant medical history. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Meningococcal vaccine (DOSE 1; MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), for Immunization. The following information was reported: SKIN DISCOLOURATION (non-serious), PRURITUS (non-serious), FEELING HOT (non-serious) all with onset 28Apr2026, outcome "not recovered" and all described as "Itchy and purplish in color - but not like a bruise. Warm to touch. Grew in size from yesterday - 29th. Bigger than a quarter". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of skin discolouration, pruritus, feeling hot.
