caught Covid; caught Covid; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. Other Case identifier(s): MOC20260427000004 (Moderna). A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 20Apr2026 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) intramuscular for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: COVID-19 (medically significant) with onset Apr2026, outcome "recovered" (Apr2026), DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant) with onset Apr2026, outcome "unknown" and all described as "caught Covid". Clinical course: Patient stated that in the past had received Pfizer's Covid vaccine and then caught Covid. Patient denies any other reaction to any Covid vaccine and was very upset at receiving an email from Moderna asking follow up questions. No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
