Symptom narrative

pt, states she is having pain from the arms where she got an injection a few weeks ago on 1/27. Denies any redness or swelling to the area. States it is a radiating pain from where she got the injection to her shoulder, upper back and back of her neck. States that the pain started about a day after she got the shot, and has been persistent since then. States it is a milder nagging pain when she is not moving, but gets worse with movement. States pain has not improved or worsened since it started, has stayed the same. Mentioned she does work out, so not sure if she pulled something or not coincidentally. RN advised it does sound like it could me more muscular, but would be best to set up an appt with one of the providers for eval, and they will be able to better determine what is going on. Pt expressed understanding and agreement, no further questions at this time.
