PATIENT STATES SHE HAD A PFIZER VACCINE ON 3/8/2022 LOT #FK9896 AND HAD DIARRHEA, VOMITTING, STOMACH CRAMPS, LUMP WHICH SHE BELIEVES CAUSED HER TO GET BREAST CANCER IN 2024. THIS WAS HER THIRD DOSE OF PFIZER. THE FIRST TWO DOSES GAVE HER NO SIDE EFFECTS
