A 67-year-old male patient received BNT162b2, BNT162b2 omi ba.4-5 (BNT162B2, BNT162B2 OMI BA.4-5), in Nov2022 as dose 4 (booster), single (Lot number: GJ6739) for covid-19 immunisation; BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), in Feb2021 as dose 1, single (Lot number: EL9269), in Mar2021 as dose 2, single (Lot number: EN6201) and in Oct2021 as dose 3 (booster), single (Lot number: EW0217) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "HPV" (unspecified if ongoing); "tumor on tonsil", start date: 2015 (unspecified if ongoing), notes: they radiated it chemoed it; "Chemotherapy" (unspecified if ongoing); "Radiation" (unspecified if ongoing). Patient was well and had been treated, he had no cancer in his body but it was more about going forward helping other people. Per caller he knew that in the past vaccines were not FDA approved (EUA) but perhaps they had details what was in each batch. Per caller they could figure out that there was some correlation between different batches and a long dormant virus coming back to life maybe was not certain that was something that Pfizer wanted to know.
