Code Triage was called on the patient after receiving Men B and HPV vaccine. Pt was walked out of the room after receiving vaccines and while she was walking out the door, she got lightheaded and fell onto the receptionist desk. Pt was brought back into a room and provider called EMS for pt to be taken to the ER due to BP being 68/39.
