Symptom narrative

43 yr old female had vaccine on Aug 13, 2021, immediately had headaches, body aches that went away after two days. On Sept 2, 2021 she had an annual physical and labs which showed a elevated glucose of 500. She never had a history of hyperglycemia, or diabetes. The next day at 6 pm she developed chest pain that went up into her thought and toothache on the left side and then she started getting pain in her right arm, she starting sweating and having trouble breathing. Her husband was deployed at the time. She was seen in ER with elevated troponin and was life flighted to Infirmary where she was diagnosed a Myocardial infarction. Cardiac cath showed no blockage. She had a second MI on August 21, 2022 and advised that the myocardium is weakening. She has also had severe exacerbation of her Lupus to levels never experienced prior to vaccination with the COVID-1 vaccine,
