Symptom narrative

Patient has headache causes eye pain which causes eye to water. patient reports she has had sores in the mouth since she got the vaccine, has not improved. I suggested she see her PCP immediately to get it diagnosed and if its shingles, to start an antiviral even if its post 72 hours. patient reported her mom did have shingles and had a rare syndrome called Ramsay Hunt syndrome. Fatigue, chills, body ache, headache, arm pain, since 5/1. nerve pain and chills has improved, headaches in the morning, sores in the mouth and lips now.
