storage error/administration after temperature excursion; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a male patient who received MMR (Priorix) (batch number GZ9FE, expiry date 01-MAR-2027) for prophylaxis. On 27-MAR-2026, the patient received Priorix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Priorix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: storage error/administration after temperature excursion). Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 28-APR-2026 The office manager called to inform that she had just had one of their vaccine representatives perform the yearly check on their vaccines. The representative had told her that she had placed the MMR Priorix in the freezer when it had been delivered and that it was not supposed to be placed in the freezer. The reporter said she had called to ask what the next steps should be and to confirm whether the vaccines were suitable to give to patients or whether they would need to call patients to return and receive the correct MMR vaccine or another vaccine. According to the reporter, patients had received a dose of this Priorix on dates ranging from 04-FEB-2026 to 28-APR-2026. No further details were provided.
