Giving Bexsero to a patient aged 14 who has not supposed to be receiving it (and got it because he was in the same room with his brother, the one that should have receive it); This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of wrong patient received product in a 14-year-old male patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number CD44A, expiry date 31-MAR-2028) for prophylaxis. On 04-MAY-2026, the patient received Bexsero. On 04-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced wrong patient received product (Verbatim: Giving Bexsero to a patient aged 14 who has not supposed to be receiving it (and got it because he was in the same room with his brother, the one that should have receive it)).
