Symptom narrative

The patient started getting a back spasm after waiting in the store after her vaccination. She has received this particular vaccine many times without any issues. She had her 1 year old granddaughter with her and was holding her and picking her up and putting her down, etc. She thinks the spasm may have been because of straining her back some with picking up the child but we are reporting it anyway. The back spasm went away after a few minutes.
