Symptom narrative

tooth pain; throbbing pain; This Spontaneous report was received from Consumer or other non health professional and referred to a 74 -year-old Female patient. The patient's medical history included included tooth pain for 3 days and concurrent conditions: rheumatoid arthritis, abnormal blood cholesterol and allergy to ibuprofen. The patient's past medications included ibuprofen. The patient's concomitant medication included Nexium (Esomeprazole sodium), Pepsid (Aluminium hydroxide; Magnesium hydroxide; Simeticone), Atorvastatin (Atorvastatin calcium), Plaquenil (Hydroxychloroquine sulfate), Dapsone cox (Dapsone), and Vykat xr (Diazoxide choline). On 22-Apr-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) dose form was solution for injection administered in the left arm (lot # and expiration date were not provided) for prophylaxis. On 22-Apr-2026, the patient experienced throbbing tooth pain about a 3" on pain scale. The patient called her dentist and was waiting to hear back. Patient took Tylenol for the pain. The outcome of tooth pain and throbbing pain was not recovered. The causality for the throbbing tooth pain was not provided.
