No additional AE; GARDASIL9 was administered to one patient after its expiry date; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's past medications were not reported. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. On 24-Apr-2026, the patient was vaccinated with an expired Human Papillomavirus 9-Valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) suspension for injection, 0.5 ml, lot# Y003462, expiration date: 23-Apr-2026 (dose number, route of administration and anatomical location were not reported), for prophylaxis (Expired product administered).
