received one dose of Engerix B vaccine in 2018; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via sales rep and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive HBV (Engerix B adult) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Engerix B (received one dose in 2018). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Engerix B adult. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: received one dose of Engerix B vaccine in 2018). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 28-APR-2026 The patient received one dose of Recombivax or Engerix B vaccine back in 2018, and they wanted to know what can be given now and if they can consider that as the first dose and when should be the next dose can be given.
