Symptom narrative

patient never received 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a male patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose on an unknown date in 2025.). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: patient never received 2nd dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
