Symptom narrative

The baby was accidentally given his third dose of rotavirus at 8months 4 days old. This was realized after the fact. Typical cut off at 8 months 0 days. Baby had no symptoms or side effects, no signs of intussusception this week, and feeling well. Outcome good. Mom informed of error and she had no concerns about child's symptoms or behavior.
