Symptom narrative

Patient presented today for her second dose of gardasil vaccine and evaluation after a reaction to the first Gardasil injection. On the same day as the injection, had full body aches and headache. Within 24 to 48 hours, developed very itchy diffuse red spots on trunk and legs. Denies facial swelling, difficulty breathing. Over time, the itchiness and redness decreased, and now only brown spots remain. Generally feeling well now
