Lab data

An ultrasound was performed, and the findings showed a subcutaneous complex fluid collection over the left thigh measuring 3.4 x 1.5 x 3.3 cm, consistent with a sterile abscess at the vaccination site. The patient underwent surgery on 4/28/26 for abscess drainage. Cultures came back with no organisms present, which is consistent with a sterile abscess.
