A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DEATH (death), outcome "fatal", described as "I know of at least two people who died from the pfizer COVID vaccine that (withheld) forced them to take so as not to lose their jobs -the kept their jobs but lost their lives.". The date and cause of death for the patient were unknown. It was not reported if an autopsy was performed. Clinical course: The caller reported that they were aware of at least two individuals who passed away following the administration of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. According to the caller, these individuals were required to receive the vaccine due to workplace mandates. The caller stated that the individuals retained their employment but subsequently died.
