Symptom narrative

Father stated after receiving 12-month vaccines on 9/30/2025 at approximately 1:15PM client woke up parents by screaming at 1AM on 10/1/2025. Father stated that - as mother went to pick up screaming client - client had new onset seizure. No client history of seizures prior. No familial history of seizures in siblings or parents. Parents took client to be evaluated and was referred to neurologist. Father stated neurologist evaluated client through multiple testing (did not elaborate), and neurologist determined seizure was probably febrile in nature due to having vaccines. Parents given antiepileptic suppository medication as preventative and following up with neurologist; client has not had another episode since this one occurrence. Neurologist recommended to parents that client receive no more than 2 vaccines at a time moving forward until client older than 6 years.

Lab data

Father stated laboratory and medical testing was performed by neurologist, though did not elaborate what kind and when. Father did state testing has all returned within normal limits. Father stated neurology following client over the course of one year before determining if this occurrence was an isolated event.
