Symptom narrative

Patient received his fist dose of the HPV (Gardasil 9) vaccine at age 49. This vaccine is not licensed for anyone over the age of 45 years old and should not have been given. Patient tolerated the vaccine well. He was observed for 15 minutes and no reaction noted. Provider did follow up with patient the next day and advised that he cannot receive any additional doses.
