Rash with Patient received influenza and COVID-19 immunizations at around 1430 on 5/4. Within four hours, she developed chills and left arm discomfort, followed by worsening chills, arm pain, swelling, erythema, and warmth at the injection site. She also experienced abdominal pain with vomiting (3 episodes) and diarrhea, followed by significant fatigue requiring bed rest for approximately two days. Gastrointestinal symptoms and chills have resolved. She continues to report left upper extremity swelling (firm, fluid-filled), pink rash, tenderness, and warmth, with erythema measuring approximately 15.2 cm x 7.6 cm and now extending inferior to the injection site. No lesions or streaking noted. Vital signs stable. No respiratory symptoms, chest pain, or other systemic concerns
