No additional AE/no PQC; HCP reported that an expired dose of MMR II was administered to a patient. No symptoms reported. MMR II and DILUENT did not have any temperature excursions. HCP did not know the lot and expiration of the DILUENT, but reported that it was not expired.; This Spontaneous report was received from medical assistant and referred to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, past medications and concomitant medications were not reported. On 24-Apr-2026, the patient was vaccinated with and expire dose of measles, mumps, and rubella (wistar ra 27-3) virus vaccine, live powder and solvent for solution for injection(M-M-R II) Lot Number: Y008077 and expiration date on 19-Apr-2026, Dose Text: 0.5 mL (administration route and anatomical location were not reported ); diluted with a sterile diluent solution for injection (lot Number and expiration date were not reported), 0.7 mL as prophylaxis. The reporter stated that an expired dose of measles, mumps, and rubella (wistar ra 27-3) virus vaccine, live powder and solvent for solution for injection (M-M-R II) was administered to a patient; however, no symptoms were reported. It was confirmed that the measles, mumps, and rubella (wistar ra 27-3) virus vaccine, live powder and solvent for solution for injection (M-M-R II) and the sterile diluent did not have any temperature excursions. The medical assistant did not know the lot and expiration date of the sterile diluent but reported that it was not expired. No additional adverse events were reported.
