Symptom narrative

7 year old patient was given a dose of Pediarix/Drug use in unapproved age group; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 7-year-old female patient who received DTPa-HBV-IPV (Pediarix) (batch number 72m4d, expiry date 15-OCT-2027) for prophylaxis. On 27-APR-2026, the patient received Pediarix. On 27-APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Pediarix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: 7 year old patient was given a dose of Pediarix/Drug use in unapproved age group). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
