Symptom narrative

the patient received his first dose of Shingrix in November 2024 and did not receive his second dose until 14 months later; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 74-year-old patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose in November 2024). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: the patient received his first dose of Shingrix in November 2024 and did not receive his second dose until 14 months later). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
