Administration after temperature excursion.; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a male patient who received MMR (Priorix) (batch number GZ9FE, expiry date 01-MAR-2027) for prophylaxis. On 12-MAR-2026, the patient received Priorix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Priorix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Administration after temperature excursion.). The outcome of the incorrect storage of drug was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 28-APR-2026 The reporter stated had one of our vaccine representatives do just the yearly check up on our vaccines, she did end up telling that had placed the MMR Priorix in the freezer, since when got it ordered, and she told it was not supposed to be placed in the freezer. The reporter was just calling to just see what were there next steps and just to confirm if the vaccines were suitable to give to patient or if it was one of those where to call the patients and tell them they would need to come back and receive the correct MMR vaccine, another vaccine. According to reporter, 9 patients received a dose of this Priorix in dates ranging from 04-FEB-2026 to 28-APR-2026. Two of these patients were twins.
