On 28-APR-2026, the patient received Menveo (intraocular). On 28-APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Only liquid portion administered), inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Only liquid portion administered) and intramuscular formulation administered by other route (Verbatim: Menveo administrationed via Intraocular).
