fever; body aches; felt awful; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of fever in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included chickenpox (really had a bad case as a kid, the blisters were everywhere on my scalp, back, and arms, and inside mouth). On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced fever (Verbatim: fever), general body pain (Verbatim: body aches) and feels awful (Verbatim: felt awful). The outcome of the fever, general body pain and feels awful were not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the fever, general body pain and feels awful to be related to Shingles vaccine. It was unknown if the company considered the fever, general body pain and feels awful to be related to Shingles vaccine. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 28-APR-2026 This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media. The first shot was horrible. The second was a breeze and truly felt awful. Patient's husband had never had chickenpox. The batch number was not provided and unable to contact the reporter.
