vaccine reaction; tenderness; This spontaneous report was received from a 45-year-old male patient and referred to himself. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions included human papillomavirus (HPV). Concomitant therapies were not reported. In April 2026 (reported as about a week and a half ago), the patient received his first dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9), 1 dosage form, total, administered for prophylaxis (exact dose, strength, route, anatomical site, lot # and expiration date were not reported) as recommended by his doctor at his local pharmacy. He reported he was never previously vaccinated and this was his first HPV vaccination. He reported "normal" vaccine reaction (Immunisation reaction) after the vaccine such as tenderness. No additional AE reported. At the reporting time, the outcome of all events was unknown. The action taken with suspect vaccine was not applicable. The causality relationship between all events and suspect vaccine was assessed as related. Lot# is being requested and will be submitted if received.
