Symptom narrative

All information provided in this narrative are per the patient's legal guardians report. Symptoms started on Saturday 5/1/26 - with patient exhibiting one "extremely watery" eye; on Sunday morning, 5/2/26, patient had a "runny clear nose and goopy yellow discharge eyes". Patient was seen by their primary care provider on Monday 5/4/26, who indicated to the patient's legal guardian that he thinks the patient was experiencing a reaction to the vaccines received on Wednesday 4/29/26. Dr. prescribed erythromycin 5 mg/gm ophthalmic ointment (commonly known as: ROMYCIN) and advised that future vaccines patient receives are spaced out and only one vaccine is administered at a time, rather than receiving multiple vaccines at once. As of the date of this report being submitted (Friday 5/8/26), the patient's legal guardian stated that the patient is doing "good and has mild symptoms".
