The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 06-May-2026, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), injection (route, dose, and dose number were unspecified) (lot #Y008592, expiration date: 30-Apr-2026) for Prophylaxis. The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent sterile diluent (BAXTER STERILE DILUENT) injection, prefilled syringe, (lot #Z007107, expiration date: 21-Feb-2028 (route, dose, and dose number were unspecified) for Prophylaxis. Confirmed no symptomatic adverse events. The nurse mentioned that the vaccine did not have any temperature excursions.
