Symptom narrative

day of immunization given had 2 vomiting episodes and diarrhea. the next day, presented to ER with acute limpness and decreased responsiveness and eye twitching, EEG was normal. Cardiology ruled out correlation to aortic valve history. Neurology dx Hypotonic-hyporesponsive Episode.
