A patient (age and gender not provided) received rsv vaccine prot.subunit pref 2v (ABRYSVO), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: INJURY ASSOCIATED WITH DEVICE (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "someone pricked themselves with the needle stick after drawing up abrysvo". Additional information: reporter informed about the RSV vaccine, confirmed as Abrysvo. Reporter states they had a medical assistant with a needle stick, it had not been in another patient, this happened when drawing it up and wants to know if there are any adverse reactions or anything they need to know about. Reporter declined to report at this time and needs to go incase he needs to send the MA to the Urgent care right away. Causality for "someone pricked themselves with the needle stick after drawing up abrysvo" was determined associated to device constituent of rsv vaccine prot.subunit pref 2v (malfunction).
