Symptom narrative

Mother reports small redness about 1 inch from injection site that evening, progressively itchier as the days wore on culminating in hives present on forehead. Self treating with Benadryl.

Medical history

blood clots, anxiety, insomnia, high blood pressure, bph.

Other medications

Isosorbide, lisinopril, atorvastatin, levothyroxine, pantoprazole, trazodone, duloxetine, fluoxetine, buspirone, tamsulosin, eliquis. Twinrix 2nd dose. given same time in different arm.
