Symptom narrative

MMR vaccine that as administered expired 9 days prior: 4/29/2026. Vaccine administered 5/8/2026 at 5:08pm. Pt did not have an adverse reaction to vaccine during waiting period after it was given. Parent of child was informed of expired status of vaccine at 6:46m the same day via phone call. Patient's mother confirmed over the phone that the patient was doing well.
