Pharmacist reported that 50 years old patient received 3rd dose of RECOMBIVAX HB at 4 months as CDC recommends, not at 6 month per prescribing information.; No additional AE; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and refers to a 50-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, the patient was vaccinated with the third dose of Hepatitis B Vaccine (Recombinant) (RECOMBIVAX HB), (dose, frequency, route of administration, lot # and expiration date were not reported) indicated as prophylaxis. The pharmacist reported that the patient received the third dose of Hepatitis B Vaccine (Recombinant) (RECOMBIVAX HB) at 4 months and not at 6 month per prescribing information (Inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered). No additional adverse events were reported The outcome of the event inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered was unknown.
