Symptom narrative

Blotchy red flat rash starting on the left deltoid extending to the mid upper arm. 3 main areas measuring 4x5 cm, 2x4 cm, and 2x4 each. No induration, not itchy, arm is slightly sore. Treatment with rest, ibuprofen, and Zyrtec.
