Symptom narrative

Red bumps (hive-like rash) all over both arms, both legs, and both sides of face. Ichy. Vaccine given at 10am, rash appeared 6pm.

Had cold symptoms, last day of 3 days, was 1 week, 5 days prior

Medical history

Asthma, Dust-mite allergy, Diagnosed and in remission for Childhood Nephrotic Syndrome, Minimal Change Disease (Diagnosed Nov 2023)

Other medications

Smarty Pants, Kids Plus, Multi & Omegas (2 per day), Fluticasone (Flovent-44mcg/actuation, 2 puffs-2 times/day), Fluticasone Propionate (Nasal Spray 1/day)
