Symptom narrative

got the first dose of Shingrix back in 2022 and the next one just one month ago; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received in 2022). In MAR-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. In MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: got the first dose of Shingrix back in 2022 and the next one just one month ago). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable.
