reconstituted Priorix with sterile water; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of wrong solution used in drug reconstitution in a patient who received MMR (Priorix) (batch number 7a772, expiry date 01-MAY-2027) for prophylaxis. On 29-APR-2026, the patient received Priorix. On 29-APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Priorix, the patient experienced wrong solution used in drug reconstitution (Verbatim: reconstituted Priorix with sterile water). The outcome of the wrong solution used in drug reconstitution was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 29-APR-2026 A reporter called regarding a situation in which someone at their facility had reconstituted Priorix with sterile water from Merck, which was intended for their Varicella and MMR vaccines. It was confirmed that no patient had received the improperly reconstituted Priorix dose.
