Symptom narrative

Within 10 minutes after getting both injects, I started to experience heart palpations and sweating. I immediately went home and started experiencing nausea and dizziness. I felt sick all over. Within an hour, I started to black out and laid down and had a strong urge to poop,. I took my temperature and saw that it was at 100. Ten minutes later, it shot up to 101.6 . My wife called 911 and the paramedics tested my vitals. However, after pooping again, I started to feel a little better. I took a couple of Advils to bring the fever down, which worked several hours later. The highest temperature reading was about 102 before it dropped.

Current illness

None.

Medical history

Asthma, hypertension, IBS, skeletal (L-4 herniated disc).

Other medications

OTC: Men's 50+ (taken six plus hours before the vaccination. Zyrtec (taken more than 16 hours prior). Medication taken previous evening: Olmesartan, Rosuvastatin, Finestride, Alubuterol Sulfate inhalation solution, Dulerra inhaler.

Allergies

Food: Chocolate, peanuts, shell fish, lactose, Other: Strong perfume, Ammonia, cigarette smoke, cleaners

Only heart rate, oxygen level and blood sugar.
