On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced vaccination failure (Verbatim: developed shingles on one side of his face/Suspected vaccination failure) (serious criteria GSK medically significant), shingles (Verbatim: developed shingles on one side of his face/Neck/head as in agony) and sleep disorder due to a general medical condition (Verbatim: can'r get any sleep). The patient was treated with analgesics, calamine and aloe vera, eucalyptus globulus essential oil, ricinus communis (Aloe). The patient was in scabby stage, took OTC (over the counter medication). The patient could not get any sleep and looking for suggestion for some relief, This case has been considered as suspected vaccination failure since the details regarding completion of primary vaccination schedule, time to onset and laboratory confirmation of shingles not reported.
