Symptom narrative

I did not give the injection, I am just reporting. From the history, she received on Friday afternoon. Early morning Sunday, she went to walk-in clinic and received Epipen injection for lips being swollen. She also resported the general side effects listed as chills, redness. Lips are still swollen at time of report.

Current illness

UTI was on Macrobid 100 mg on 5/1 - 5/6 bid

Medical history

Thyroid disorder, high blood pressure, menopause, history of UTI

Other medications

Estradiol Tablets 1mg and .5 mg , Fluconzole 150 mg as needed, prevident 5000 + toothpaste, Toprol xl 25mg, Armour Thyroid 60 mg
