Symptom narrative

Patient became fatigued after vaccine and then developed vomiting x 20 at 6 pm that evening. Felt nauseated and weak the next morning with symptoms of dehydration and icteric sclera. Admitted to hospital for evaluation and IV fluids. Had a bilirubin of 3.0. This decreased to 1.2 the following morning after hydration.
