A basically healthy 88 year old, died suddenly while showering just over 24 hours after getting the vaccine. He had spent time working in a sotre that day, ate meals with friends and was up and about and then died. I had to mark one RSV, but I am unsure which of the 3 options that he received. He received a covid vaccine or flu approx a month prior to this with no reaction.

Obesity. Previously diabetes, but had lost 100 lbs and kept if off ofr several years, Factor Five Leiden, Pulumary blod clot,
