intentional age prescription by hcp: the patient is 66 years old with no ae; Initial information received on 23-Apr-2026 regarding an unsolicited valid non-serious case received from a physician. This case involves a 66-year-old male patient who was prescribed Diphtheria-2/Tetanus/5 Ac Pertussis Vaccine [Adacel] intentionally by healthcare professional (HCP) with no adverse event after receiving. The patient's past medical history, past drugs, vaccination(s), family history, and concomitant medications were not provided. On an unknown date, the patient was intentionally prescribed 0.5 millilitre (mL) dose (once) of Diphtheria-2/Tetanus/5 Ac Pertussis Vaccine, Suspension for injection of unknown strength (batch number and expiry date: unknown) via intramuscular route in an unknown administration site for helps protect against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis diseases [Immunisation], with no reported adverse event. [Off label use] [latency: Same day]. It was reported in the package insert, "Adacel is approved for use in persons 10 through 64 years of age.
